Drew Sable has loved both reading and writing from a young age and has produced short fiction across a variety of genres for the last twenty years, ranging from flash fiction and short stories to play scripts and monologues.
Drew teaches English to secondary students in the UK and has often written original work to use in lessons when teaching creative writing skills. A few paragraphs written as a model for students to critique was so well received by the class that Drew was encouraged to expand on it and produced a novel written during 2017’s NaNoWriMo.
Whilst working on revising and editing the resulting novel, Drew continues to write flash fiction and short stories. The first of these pieces was published in January 2018.
Drew is an avid reader and also enjoys taking photographs. Drew shares a house in Yorkshire with immediate family, six cats and an ever-expanding gin collection.
